HOW BIG IS Jasmin Savoy Brown ON THE NET?

Jasmin has a highly engaged online audience drawn from Yellowjackets, the Scream franchise, queer fandom, gaming, and music. Because those communities overlap without being identical, her reach is broader than her television résumé alone suggests.

HOW DID Jasmin Savoy Brown become famous?

After television roles including The Leftovers and For the People, Jasmin gained another audience by voicing Phin Mason in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Yellowjackets and the Scream films then established her as a major face in contemporary horror and thriller fandom.

BEFORE THE FAME

Born in California and raised in Oregon, Jasmin became interested in performing young through music, theater, and community productions. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting professionally and gradually built credits rather than arriving through one instant breakout.

CLOSE WITH (ASSOCIATED)

Yellowjackets created an especially close professional connection with Tawny Cypress, who plays the adult version of Jasmin’s character Taissa Turner. The show asks its younger and older casts to build the same people across decades, making those paired performances part of the fun for viewers.

The Scream films connected Jasmin with Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, and Melissa Barrera, while Spider-Man: Miles Morales linked her voice performance with Nadji Jeter. Few actors can move from prestige survival drama to slasher franchise to a blockbuster game that naturally.

Personal LIFE and Relationship

Jasmin has been openly queer and has spoken about the importance of LGBTQ+ representation, both personally and through her work. That openness has made her especially meaningful to fans who rarely saw queer women of color occupying central roles in horror and genre storytelling.

She still keeps plenty of her day-to-day romantic life private, and current relationship claims should be based on what she chooses to share rather than fan assumptions. Music is another personal outlet for her, giving audiences a creative side that is less filtered through the characters she plays.
