HOW BIG IS Kaitlyn Dever ON THE NET?

Kaitlyn has about 1.1 million Instagram followers as of September 2026. Her online audience is driven less by influencer-style posting and more by a steady run of acclaimed projects, with each major television or film role bringing a new wave of viewers into her fandom.

HOW DID Kaitlyn Dever become famous?

Kaitlyn first became widely familiar through Justified and Last Man Standing, then earned major critical attention with Short Term 12, Booksmart, Unbelievable, and Dopesick. Her later work in No One Will Save You and The Last of Us strengthened her reputation for emotionally difficult roles.

BEFORE THE FAME

Born in Phoenix, Kaitlyn became interested in acting young and studied at the Dallas Young Actors Studio after her family moved to Texas. She also developed musical interests with her sister Mady, showing that performance was part of her life before Hollywood became a full-time career.

CLOSE WITH (ASSOCIATED)

Kaitlyn has worked with an impressive range of performers, from Beanie Feldstein in Booksmart to Merritt Wever in Unbelievable and Michael Keaton in Dopesick. Those partnerships underline how easily she moves between comedy, intimate drama, and prestige television without losing the naturalistic style that made her stand out.

Personal LIFE and Relationship

Kaitlyn grew up close to her family and has made music with her sister Mady under the name Beulahbelle. Her mother Kathy died from breast cancer in 2024, a loss Kaitlyn has discussed with enormous affection and grief. She otherwise keeps her romantic life private, and reliable information about a current relationship is limited.
