HOW BIG IS Angourie Rice ON THE NET?

Angourie has approximately 631,000 Instagram followers as of September 2026. Her audience crosses Marvel, Mean Girls, Australian cinema, and prestige television, giving her online profile a broader mix than a single-franchise career would suggest.

HOW DID Angourie Rice become famous?

After early Australian films, Angourie attracted international attention with The Nice Guys. She later joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Betty Brant in the Spider-Man films, appeared in Mare of Easttown, and took the lead role of Cady Heron in the 2024 musical film Mean Girls.

BEFORE THE FAME

Born in Sydney, Angourie grew up in a creative family: her father Jeremy Rice is a director and her mother Kate Rice is a writer. She spent part of her childhood in Melbourne and Perth and began appearing in short films and screen projects while still young.

CLOSE WITH (ASSOCIATED)

Angourie’s filmography has put her beside major names surprisingly early, including Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe in The Nice Guys and Tom Holland and Zendaya through the Spider-Man films. Mean Girls later connected her with a new young ensemble while asking her to carry one of pop culture’s most familiar teen roles.

Personal LIFE and Relationship

Angourie’s family background is closely tied to storytelling, and she has often come across as more bookish than tabloid-focused in interviews and public appearances. She keeps romantic relationships private, with no reliably confirmed current partner that needs to be presented as fact. Her interests in reading, writing, and film offer a much better window into her personality than speculation.
